- will play an active role in finalizing OKRs and quarterly KPIs for the team,
- will work closely with all Center of Excellence functions (People Operations, Recruitment, BPs, Rewards and People Experience Teams) to cultivate our Team members and Insider experience;
- will manage the team to provide effective guidance and assistance,
- have full and end to end ownership over the Learning and Development processes,
- will always remember that as L&D you are always present, active, organized & vibrant,
- will be leading the conduct of new hire orientations and onboarding programs both for Turkey and abroad offices while answering or researching and following up on all new hire questions, we are always new Insiders’ first friends!
- will be identifying action points for 30-90 day reviews and taking full ownership in execution of necessary tasks,
- will be developing and implement leadership development, organizational development, and performance,
- will be managing all aspects of training, including creation and supervision of ongoing training programs, and development of future training programs, we are always here to remind & enable personal development,
- will be developing and implementing all training assessment and evaluation tools,
- will be evaluating training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness,
- will be identifying technical and behavioral training needs to design and implement training programs for the positions within a certain plan,
- will be identifying and reporting training metrics,
- will be promoting L&D training internally and externally,
- will be drafting yearly training planning for departments,
- will always be open to going beyond assigned responsibilities and eager to take part in new and out of field tasks, always wanting better & always wanting more is a mindset
