We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales (Assistant GM) for one of our esteemed clients to drive their sales strategy and growth.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
  • Oversee the sales department, including managing and mentoring sales teams to ensure high performance.
  • Drive business development and expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and managing key client relationships.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and adjust as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage the sales budget, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Report regularly to the executive team on sales performance, strategic initiatives, and market developments.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


Gereksinimler

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior sales management role, preferably in Project Based Sales Inisiatives.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
