We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales (Assistant GM) for one of our esteemed clients to drive their sales strategy and growth.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
- Oversee the sales department, including managing and mentoring sales teams to ensure high performance.
- Drive business development and expand market presence by identifying new opportunities and managing key client relationships.
- Set and monitor sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and adjust as necessary.
- Prepare and manage the sales budget, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Report regularly to the executive team on sales performance, strategic initiatives, and market developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
